Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g raclette cheese
  • some chives
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Butter molds.
  2. Mix milk with flour and bring to the boil, remove from heat. Separate the eggs and gradually stir the egg yolks into the milk mixture. Dice the raclette cheese and add it with the chives. Season well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Divide the mixture into the molds and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Take the soufflés out of the oven and serve immediately.
  3. We always have the soufflé on December 24th as an intermediate course.
