Filet Mignon with Mushrooms Ingredients

  • Beef Tenderloin – 500 Grams
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Peanut butter – 2 Tbsp spoons
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Mushrooms – 200-300 Grams (Any mushrooms, to your taste.)
  • Salt – To taste

Filet Mignon with Mushrooms Instructions

  1. Prepare beef tenderloin. Cut it into pieces, 3-4.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped mushrooms and finely chopped onions on it in plates until soft.
  3. Season the filet mignon on each side.
  4. Place the sautéed onions and mushrooms in a bowl. Wash or change the pan. Add the butter again, melt and sauté the filet mignon.

  5. When the meat is almost done, add the fried mushrooms and onions to it.
  6. Cover and simmer until the meat is cooked through. 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve fillet mignon with mushrooms, garnish with herbs and vegetables.
