Filet Mignon on the Bone

An exquisite and easy-to-prepare dish, which should be prepared by any self-respecting culinary specialist. So, see how to cook filet mignon on the bone in a regular frying pan very quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Filet mignon on the bone – 200 Grams
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash a piece of meat on the bone and dry well. I usually take fillets on the bone about 4 cm high. This way the meat can be ideally roasted until it is “medium rare”.
  2. Heat the pan well and add the meat without any oil.
  3. Fry the meat on both sides until a beautiful crust (about a minute). Then add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Now bring the meat to the desired state. Until “medium rare” add 2 minutes of roasting on low heat on each side. Serve the steak with your favorite side dish and sauce.
