Ingredients
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 2 tomato (s)
- 2 onion (s), red
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch herbs, mixed, e.g. thyme, oregano and basil
- 8 cherry tomato (s)

- First preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Wash and clean the peppers and tomatoes, core the peppers and cut both into wedges. Peel and halve the onions and cut into wedges. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Mix the vegetables in a bowl, season with plenty of salt and pepper and mix with the olive oil. Wash the herbs and pat dry.
- Spread the vegetables on 4 sheets of parchment paper. With the herbs - if necessary put something aside for garnish - and cover each with 3 - 4 slices of mozzarella. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into slices and spread on the mozzarella. Pack in parcels and tie with kitchen thread.
- Place the well-sealed parcels on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes.
- If the parcel is taken as a starter, the ciabatta / baguette / white bread tastes very good to top up the brew.
- Fried fish fillet or pan-fried meat go very well as a main course.
