Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Wash and clean the peppers and tomatoes, core the peppers and cut both into wedges. Peel and halve the onions and cut into wedges. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  3. Mix the vegetables in a bowl, season with plenty of salt and pepper and mix with the olive oil. Wash the herbs and pat dry.
  4. Spread the vegetables on 4 sheets of parchment paper. With the herbs - if necessary put something aside for garnish - and cover each with 3 - 4 slices of mozzarella. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into slices and spread on the mozzarella. Pack in parcels and tie with kitchen thread.
  5. Place the well-sealed parcels on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes.
  6. If the parcel is taken as a starter, the ciabatta / baguette / white bread tastes very good to top up the brew.
  7. Fried fish fillet or pan-fried meat go very well as a main course.
