Ingredients

  • Medium potatoes – 8 pcs.
  • Broccoli – 200 g
  • Canned salmon – 1 can
  • Salt
  • Spices for potatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add salt and, stirring occasionally, continue to fry.
  2. Then add broccoli and fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoning and add fish from the jar. I do not drain the juice from the fish, but add it to the potatoes to make it softer and more delicious.
  4. It remains to extinguish the almost finished dish for a few more minutes.
