Fried Fish with Vegetables

Delicious, juicy fried carp with vegetables. The dish is completely uncomplicated, everyone can cook fried fish with vegetables. The main thing is to choose fresh fish – then the fried fish will be the most delicious.


  • Carp – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Flour for breading – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 80-100 ml
  • Seasoning for fish – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste

How to cook fried fish with vegetables:


  1. Peel the fish, remove the entrails, dry, cut into portions.
  2. Salt, season, and grind the fish with your hands.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  5. Cut the tomato into strips.
  6. Dip each piece of fish in flour.
  7. Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  8. Fry the onion in the same oil.
  9. Add carrots.
  10. Then a tomato. Salt to taste, stir.
  11. Put prepared vegetables on a dish, put fried fish on top of vegetables. Fried fish with vegetables can be served at the table.
