Fried fish with a crispy crust, what could be simpler and tastier? Serve the fried fish with boiled potatoes, cucumbers, or tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Pike perch fillet – 100 g
  • or cod fillet – 100 g
  • or sea fillet perch – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 10 g
  • Wheat flour – 5 g
  • Salt – 0.5 g

How to cook fried fish:

Directions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into pieces, salt.
  2. Then roll the fish in flour.
  3. Heat the pan well, add oil. Put prepared fish in hot oil.
  4. Fry fillets until golden brown over medium heat on both sides in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Then put the fish in the oven for 5-10 minutes (at a temperature of 190-200 degrees).
