Fish Fried Oriental

Fried fish with garlic sauce is a very tasty and savory dish common in the countries of Central Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean.

Ingredients

  • Carp or carp – 1.5 kg
  • Flour for breading
  • Vegetable oil for frying
    For the sauce:
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds (optional) – 0.5 teaspoon

How to cook oriental fried fish with garlic sauce:

Directions

  1. Let’s make a sauce for fried fish. Squeeze 5 cloves of garlic through the garlic press (you can cut it, it doesn’t matter).
  2. Add one teaspoon of salt and, if desired, 0.5 teaspoons each of ground black pepper and coriander seeds.
  3. Fill all this with 300 milliliters of warm boiled water. We mix. The garlic sauce is ready.
  4. Cut the cleaned, gutted fish (carp or carp) into pieces 1.5 centimeters wide.
  5. Breaded fish in flour.
  6. Fry in a large amount of well-heated oil, until crispy brown. We take out the fried carp from the pan, dip in the garlic sauce, and put on a dish.
  7. Serve fried carp with potatoes, pickles, and fresh vegetables.
