Ingredients

  • 800 g fish fillet (s)
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tomato (s), peeled and diced
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 600 g mushrooms, cleaned, quartered
  • 30 g butter for the bakin dish
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Sour and salt the fish fillets. Then turn in flour and cut into pieces. Then fry in oil and place in a buttered casserole dish.
