Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic, cut into fine strips. Dice olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Mix the wild garlic, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, butter and breadcrumbs into a paste. Season this with salt and pepper.
  3. Salt and pepper the fish fillets, drizzle with lemon juice and coat thickly with the wild garlic paste.
  4. Cook on the middle shelf in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
