Instructions

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry fish fillets in it over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Keep the fish fillets warm.
  3. Fry the onion rings in the frying fat for 1 minute while stirring. Add the cream and chili sauce, season with the remaining lemon juice and salt.
  4. Spread on the fish fillets.
  5. Rice is perfect as a side dish.
