- Clean and wash the spinach.
- Cut the onion into rings, roughly chop the garlic and sauté in the olive oil in a large pan.
- Add the dripping wet spinach and let it collapse.
- Season with salt and herbs and place in a baking dish.
- Clean, sour, salt the fish and add to the spinach.
- Cut the tomato into slices and sprinkle with salt and herbs on the fish.
- Sprinkle with the cheese and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Then switch to 210 degrees top heat or grill function until the cheese has a nice crust.
- This takes another 3 to 5 minutes.
- We like to eat ciabatta with it.
