Carp with sour cream is a classic! The finished fish is placed on a plate, poured over with sour cream, in which it was stewed, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs, and a vegetable side dish is placed next to it.
Clean and wash the fish. Cut the prepared fish into portioned round pieces. Lightly salt
Mix crackers with pepper.
Beat the egg.
Moisten the fish in a lezon (in an egg).
Then the fish is breaded in a mixture of rusks and pepper.
Fry the fish on a preheated baking sheet with butter or a portioned pan until crispy golden brown on both sides (over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side).
Then pour sour cream over the fish, cover, and heat over low heat until boiling. After boiling, heat the fish for at least 5-6 minutes.
Chop the parsley.
Fried fish in sour cream is ready. You can serve fish in a portioned pan or on a plate with vegetables, salad, or pickles, sprinkled with herbs.
