  • Chicken eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Bread crumbs – 50-100 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp

  1. Clean and wash the fish. Cut the prepared fish into portioned round pieces. Lightly salt

  4. Moisten the fish in a lezon (in an egg).
  5. Then the fish is breaded in a mixture of rusks and pepper.
  6. Fry the fish on a preheated baking sheet with butter or a portioned pan until crispy golden brown on both sides (over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side).
  7. Then pour sour cream over the fish, cover, and heat over low heat until boiling. After boiling, heat the fish for at least 5-6 minutes.
  8. Chop the parsley.
  9. Fried fish in sour cream is ready. You can serve fish in a portioned pan or on a plate with vegetables, salad, or pickles, sprinkled with herbs.
