Instructions

  1. Mince defrosted fish with garlic and parsley in the Moulinex, soak the bread roll in a little milk, squeeze it out (or crumbs or oat flakes) and add to the fish mixture, season, form small loafs, roll in breadcrumbs and bake in clarified butter; they are also ideal for a cold plate.
