Cut potatoes, carrots, artichokes, and parsnips into rings, about 5 mm each.
We put in a form greased with vegetable oil: first, the potatoes overlap, then randomly distribute the onions, carrots, artichoke, parsnips, and a little grated cheese.
We put pieces of fish on top. Salt and pepper to taste, pour the cream over the fish on a vegetable pillow so that it covers the potatoes.
Greens TOP and grated cheese if desired, but not necessary.
We cover the fish on a vegetable pillow with foil – and in the oven for 40 minutes at 190-200 degrees. The last 5-10 minutes – without foil, so that it bakes beautifully.
