Wash the zucchini, cut in half, remove the ends and cut into thin slices.
Wash the clod, pat dry and cut into 2-3 cm pieces.
Heat the margarine in a large pan. Sauté onions, add fish and fry for 1-2 minutes, remove, lightly salt and pepper.
Sauté the zucchini slices in the frying fat. Add the peas and stock and fold in the pumpkin. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Fold the rice and fish into the vegetables and heat them again briefly.
Arrange on plates and serve with a dollop of cream cheese.
