Instructions

  1. Cook the rice for about 15 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the fish into about 1/2 cm thin strips, season with salt, drizzle with lemon juice and turn in flour. Then fry in heated butter until golden brown on all sides. Remove and degrease on kitchen paper.
  2. Clean the vegetables, cut them into small, even pieces and add them to the roasting pan of the fish. Pour a little water and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Fold in rice, herbs and cream. Salt, pepper and finally place the fish strips on the vegetables.
  4. Serve with fresh white bread and salad.
