Instructions

  1. Finely chop the fish fillet, parsley and onion. Mix with the egg and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Shape bite-sized flatbreads, bake them in oil until golden brown.
  2. Can be eaten warm, but just as good cold.
  3. Tip: Serve with Massa de Pimentos (paprika dip).
