- 500 g fish fillet (s)
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil for frying

- Finely chop the fish fillet, parsley and onion. Mix with the egg and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Shape bite-sized flatbreads, bake them in oil until golden brown.
- Can be eaten warm, but just as good cold.
- Tip: Serve with Massa de Pimentos (paprika dip).
