  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 small apples
  • Fat for the shape
  • possibly rum aroma

Instructions

  1. Grease a springform pan (28 cm) thickly or line it with baking paper or use a silicone baking pan straight away. Wash, core and cut the apples into small pieces (they can also be peeled if you like) and place in the baking pan.
  2. Whisk the milk, eggs and butter together vigorously. Sweeten with honey to taste. Mix the flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt and slowly add the milk-egg mixture, stirring constantly, so that no lumps are formed. We love a few drops of rum or butter-vanilla flavor in the dough - but really only a little - it`s just a matter of taste!
  3. Put the dough with the apples in the cake tin and put it in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (fan oven). Bake for 30 - 45 minutes depending on the degree of browning you want. If the pancake is still very light, it is unfortunately also a bit soggy. We prefer to eat this pancake in the classic way with sugar and cinnamon.
