Instructions

  1. Use the eggs, 100 ml milk and the flour to make a thin pancake batter with a pinch of salt. Let rest for at least 2 hours.
  2. Prepare a vanilla sauce from half a liter of milk and the sauce powder according to the instructions on the package and keep it warm. Set the oven to 80 ° C.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the core, quarter them and cut into thin slices. Heat a small non-stick pan. Briefly fry 1/4 of the apple slices with 5 g butter. Pour 1/4 of the batter over it and fry the pancake. When turning, add another 5 g butter.
  4. Sprinkle the finished pancake in the pan with sugar on both sides and bake until the sugar caramelizes slightly. Keep warm in the oven and bake all four pancakes. Serve with the prepared vanilla sauce.
  5. Tips: This dessert can also be made all at once in a large pan and then quartered. Then there is no need to keep them warm. The sour apple taste can also be rounded off with the addition of raisins and cinnamon.
  6. It is important that the dough is allowed to rest for at least 2 hours before you bake the pancakes.
