Ingredients
For the ground:
- 150 g rusks or biscuit crumbs
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 75 g butter, melt
For covering:
- 2 egg (s)
- 75 g cane suar
- 500 g quark, low-fat quark or low-fat cream cheese

- 750 g apples, cut into thin wedes
- 50 g almond (s), pens
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar

- Mix the biscuit crumbs, sugar and butter. Press down on the bottom in a springform pan.
- Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, stir in the quark. Then put it on the floor.
- Place the apples on the curd mixture. Sprinkle with the almonds and sugar.
- Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
- Separate the edge of the mold with a knife and let it cool down completely.
