Unusual homemade cheesecake, a recipe with apples.

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Butter (room temperature) – 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour – 1 glass
  • Instant oatmeal – 1/4 cup
  • Walnut (crushed) – 1/4 cup
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon.

For filling:

  • Cream cheese like mascarpone – 450 g
  • Condensed milk – 400 g
  • Apple juice concentrated – 1/2 cup
  • Eggs (slightly beaten) – 2 pcs.

For the top:

  • Apples (peeled and cut into thin slices) – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Apple juice concentrated – 1/4 cup

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. In a small bowl, beat brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter until fluffy. Gradually add flour, oatmeal, walnuts, and cinnamon, mix well. Lightly grease a round dish, 22 cm in diameter, put the dough in an oiled dish, and smooth it over the entire surface with your fingers, forming sides, about 3 cm high. Place the dish on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually introduce condensed milk and apple juice, bring to a creamy state. Then beat in the eggs and beat lightly at low speed, just to mix well. Pour this mass into the prepared cake and place it in the oven.
  3. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave to cool at room temperature on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife along the edge of the cake and release it from the mold, let cool on the wire rack for 1 hour. Then put the pie in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of butter, place apples, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and leave it on the table for 5 minutes. Place the apples over the cheesecake.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the starch, cinnamon, and apple juice. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute, until thickened. Pour this sauce over the cheesecake. Put the apple cheesecake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the cheesecake into portions and serve chilled.
