Ingredients

  • 210 g butter
  • 1.2 kg apples
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, the juice and zest it
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes
  • possibly fat for the mold

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples in quarters and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Heat 2 tablespoons butter, 2 - 3 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan. Steam the apples in it for about 10 minutes so that they are soft but not disintegrated.
  2. Melt 150 g butter. Put the flour, 100 g sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl and use the dough hook to make crumbles. Put this in a greased springform pan or lined with baking paper and press down to the bottom.
  3. Briefly mix the creme fraiche, quark, eggs, custard powder, 150 g sugar and lemon zest. Spread the apples on the floor. Put the creme fraiche mixture on top and sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on the cake in flakes and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar! Set the oven to 200 ° C and bake for another 20 minutes.
