Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 120 g butter
  • 150 grams flour
  • 120 g chocolate, dark, crushed
  • 220 g suar, finest
  • 2 egg (s), whisked

For covering:

  • 500 g cream cheese or quark (40%)
  • 150 g suar, brown, finest
  • 3 egg (s), whisked
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 g natural yourt

For decoration:

  • Chocolate, dark, melted, or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a springform pan (23 cm diameter) and dust with flour.
  2. Dough:
  3. Melt the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and milk vigorously. Sift the flour over it and fold in. Pour into the prepared form and smooth the surface. Bake for 25 minutes. Take out of the oven.
  4. Reduce the oven heat to 160 ° C.

  6. Mix the cream cheese or quark well with the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix in the yogurt.
  7. Spread the cream on the brownie base. Bake for another 45-55 minutes until the cake is firm.
  8. Use a knife to remove the cake from the edge of the pan. Let cool, then remove from the mold. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or even better overnight, then cut into pieces. Serve decorated with liquid chocolate or chocolate sauce.
