Ingredients

  • 300 g speculoos
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g butter

For the filling:

  • 1 kg quark
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the speculoos with the rolling pin and place in a bowl. Add the butter, egg and baking powder and knead into a dough. I did not add any sugar because it is already in the speculoos. If you like it sweeter, you can add sugar as you like.
  2. Grease the springform pan and line the base with baking paper. Pour the batter into the springform pan and press down.
  3. For the filling, add the quark, eggs, vanilla sugar, custard powder, sugar, milk and oil to the bowl and stir. The mass is very fluid. Put the mass in the mold, it will distribute itself.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  5. Bake the cake on the lowest rack for about 75 minutes. (Chopstick sample!)
  6. Take the cake out of the oven and let cool down completely.
