Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 225 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 65 g cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • Butter for the mold

For the filling:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 30 grams flour
  • 1 medium lemon (s), juice it

Also:

  • 150 g blueberries, frozen or fresh

Instructions

  1. Grease a small rectangular baking dish or a rectangular baking frame with a size of approx. 20 x 25 cm generously with butter and preheat the oven to 175 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Dough:

  7. Completion:

To create the marble pattern, lift the cheescake filling under the brownie dough with spiral movements. Finally, distribute the blueberries on the dough and bake it for about 40 - 45 minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan.
