Brownie with Filling

The homemade stuffed brownie tastes like cheesecake but is more tender. This dessert will be appreciated by both adults and children, as well as the most capricious guests.

Ingredients
- Butter – 225 Grams
- Cream cheese – 225 Grams
- Flour – 0.5 cups
- Sugar – 500 Grams
- Instant coffee – 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Bitter chocolate – 130 Grams
- Cocoa powder – 3/4 Glasses
- Egg – 5 Pieces
Directions
- To make your stuffed brownie at home, prepare all the ingredients you need to get started. Start by combining eggs, salt, baking powder, coffee and vanilla. Stir everything until smooth.
- Then combine the chocolate and butter, melt (preferably in a water bath) and cool to room temperature. Next, add the chocolate mixture and sugar, as well as flour to the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. It is better to do this with a wooden spatula.
- Set the dough aside and now is the time to make the cream. For the filling, you need to combine cream cheese, sugar and yolk. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth
- Grease the pan with butter. Choose the size and shape of the baking containers yourself. I had small cupcakes. So, on the bottom of the mold add a spoonful of dark dough, then white filling and dark dough again. Brownies stand in the oven for no more than 12 minutes, then let them cool and serve.
