Diet Brownie

Diet is not a reason to deny yourself pleasure, indulge in sweets. Only sweets need to be chosen correctly. For example, make a low-calorie brownie.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Coarse flour – 250 grams
  • Wheat flour – 50 grams
  • Sugar – 180 Grams
  • Cocoa powder – 40 Grams
  • Roasted hazelnuts – 100 Grams
  • Water – 150 Milliliters
  • Bananas – 3 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 5 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. Combine flour, cocoa and sugar.
  2. Mash bananas with a fork, add vegetable oil and beat with a blender.
  3. Combine all the ingredients, while grinding the nuts, and mix well.
  4. Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Serve on the table with tea or coffee, and while the dessert is hot, you can serve it with cold milk.
