Diet Chicken Fillet

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 3 Pieces
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable Oil – 1 Drop

Directions

  1. Wash and pat dry the breasts well with a paper towel. Place on a work surface and beat lightly. It is better to use not a kitchen hammer for this, but a knife handle or a jar, for example.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Of course, it is better to use a minimum of salt in the recipe for making dietary chicken fillet, but you can easily take a wide variety of spices.
  3. Prepare a deep-bottomed saucepan or saucepan. Using a brush, brush with a drop of oil. Put on fire and heat. Put the fillet and fry over high heat for literally 1 minute.
  4. After gently turn over, fry on the other side for another minute. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  5. Diet chicken fillet at home should languish.
  6. And in 10-12 minutes you will get such a wonderful breast.
  7. The fillet turns out to be incredibly tender, very juicy and at the same time without excess fat and calories.
