Ingredients
For the ground:
- 1 pack baking mix for brownies (from Dr. Oetker)
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 100 ml oil e.g., sunflower oil
- 50 ml water
For the filling:
- 700 g cream cheese
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Also:
- 2 packs Oreo biscuits

- First preheat the oven to 165 ° C top / bottom heat and grease the 24 springform pan well.
- Prepare the brownie mix together with the water, oil and eggs according to the instructions on the packet. Put the dough in the springform pan and put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- For the filling:
- First mix the eggs in a small container or cup. Mix the cream cheese with beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla extract with a whisk until all the lumps have disappeared. Care should be taken not to use a mixer and only stir carefully, otherwise the mass will become too liquid.
- Take the springform pan with the brownie batter out of the oven and spread the oreo cookies on top of the batter in a single layer, making sure that all the gaps are filled. Now pour the cream cheese mixture over it and spread it evenly. Crumble the remaining oreos and spread them on the cheesecake batter. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes at 170 ° C top / bottom heat in the oven until the edges are golden brown.
- Then take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down for at least 2 hours before cutting.
