Ingredients

  • 40 g flaked almonds, roasted fat-free
  • 150 g instant flour
  • 2 pinches baking powder with saffron
  • 2 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 small apples, peeled and cut into thin wedges
  • 2 lemon (s), juice it
  • 4 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 4 tablespoon flakes butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar, add the eggs and milk and stir. Drizzle the apple wedges with lemon juice.
  2. Heat a coated pan, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar, line up with 1/4 of the apples and let the sugar caramelize for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of butter flakes and pour 1/4 of the batter over them. Cover and bake on medium heat, remove and keep warm.
  3. Do the same with the other pancakes. Serve sprinkled with flaked almonds.
