Wash and clean the peppers and cut into large cubes. Peel and roughly dice the onion as well. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Fry everything in the hot oil for about 5 minutes.
Wash the fish fillet, pat dry a little and cut into pieces (approx. 3 pieces). Then drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the sour cream with milk until creamy and season with salt and paprika.
Put the vegetables in a greased baking dish, then season the fish with salt and pepper and place on the vegetables. Pour the sour cream over it and fry at 200 C top / bottom heat for about 18 minutes.
A fresh baguette or potatoes goes well with it.
If you want, you can stir grated cheese into the sour cream mass or bake the whole thing with cheese.
