Wash the zucchini and tomatoes and cut into cubes.
First sauté the zucchini in a saucepan with a little oil. When these have become translucent, add the tomatoes and let simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes.
Thicken the sauce with flour if you like. Add some cream and season with herb salt.
Season the fish fillets with lemon, pepper and salt to taste and fry in the pan.
