Instructions

  1. Stone the apricots, fillet the grapefruit and oranges and place in a large saucepan. Set aside the fillets of 1 grapefruit and 1 orange each. Squeeze the juice out of the citrus fruit residues and add to the saucepan, fill up with about 1/4 liter of multivitamin juice (so that everything adds up to 2 kilos).
  2. Add the preserving sugar to the saucepan and puree everything while heating it up. Then add the fillets that you have set aside to the saucepan and let everything boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Pour the jam into glasses while it is still hot and turn it upside down for a moment.
