Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Grease a loaf pan (approx. 28 - 30 cm).
  2. Puree the bananas, apples, eggs and oat milk. Mix the remaining ingredients. If necessary add cinnamon. Mix liquid and dry ingredients with the mixer.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.
