Mix the chia seeds with the milk and let soak for at least 15 minutes.
In the meantime, use a spoon to remove the pulp from the avocado. Peel the banana. Puree the avocado, low-fat quark, banana and lime juice with a hand blender. Toast the almonds with the oat flakes in a pan without fat until they are lightly colored. Take out immediately. Wash the berries, sort and cut into small pieces if necessary.
Layer the avocado mousse in a glass, pour the almond and oatmeal mix over it, top with the chia pudding and fresh berries.
