- Mix the quark with the vinegar and salt until a creamy mixture is formed.
- Dice the radishes, spring onions (with the green), tomatoes and cucumber, pour over the curd dressing, mix well and refrigerate.
- You can also fill ham with this mixture or you can dice turkey breast and add it.
- A wonderful summer recipe with little calories! Also goes well with potatoes or grilled dishes.
