Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • some vinegar
  • 200 g radishes
  • 400 g cucumber (s)
  • 200 g sprin onion (s)
  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the vinegar and salt until a creamy mixture is formed.
  2. Dice the radishes, spring onions (with the green), tomatoes and cucumber, pour over the curd dressing, mix well and refrigerate.
  3. You can also fill ham with this mixture or you can dice turkey breast and add it.
  4. A wonderful summer recipe with little calories! Also goes well with potatoes or grilled dishes.
  5. Note for all low fat friends: 5.35% fat content, so very little!
