Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until a creamy to runny batter is formed. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Bake the pancakes in portions in a non-stick pan with coconut oil.
  3. Makes about 7 - 8 medium-sized pancakes.
