Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, 5-grain flakes and butter to the boil in a saucepan. Turn down the temperature and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring again and again. Then let it swell for 5 minutes on the switched off hotplate and season with honey and cinnamon.
  2. Put the blueberries in a bowl or a glass, pour the warm porridge on top and then the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Makes a large serving or two small ones.
  4. When using milk with 0.1% fat content, the recipe has 320 Kcal.
