- Peel and chop the fruit and add to the blender jar with the water, lemon juice and honey. Mix.
- Season the mixed fruits, season to taste, stir in the flakes. Enjoy breakfast in a soup cup.
- If the honey is added after mixing, the sweetness can be regulated better.
- The fruit soup can also be made with vanilla soy milk or rice milk, which is then a bit more substantial. Possibly then add less honey.
