Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the fruit and add to the blender jar with the water, lemon juice and honey. Mix.
  2. Season the mixed fruits, season to taste, stir in the flakes. Enjoy breakfast in a soup cup.
  3. If the honey is added after mixing, the sweetness can be regulated better.
  4. The fruit soup can also be made with vanilla soy milk or rice milk, which is then a bit more substantial. Possibly then add less honey.
