- Knead the dough ingredients well and let rise for approx. 30 minutes.
- Eighth dough and roll out each piece of dough on flour. Bake until lightly brown on both sides in a non-fat coated pan over medium heat.
- Tastes great with the turkey nuts with Ras el Hanout and Harissa, but also with all other grilled dishes or with sauce dishes.
- Baking and turning the flatbreads is absolutely problem-free in a coated pan. The whole thing takes maybe 2 minutes per side.
