Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast (just under 3/4 is sufficient)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm (approx.)

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients well and let rise for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Eighth dough and roll out each piece of dough on flour. Bake until lightly brown on both sides in a non-fat coated pan over medium heat.
  3. Tastes great with the turkey nuts with Ras el Hanout and Harissa, but also with all other grilled dishes or with sauce dishes.
  4. Baking and turning the flatbreads is absolutely problem-free in a coated pan. The whole thing takes maybe 2 minutes per side.
