- Sprinkle the mango cubes, also frozen ones, in a large container with sugar and let them steep.
- Wash the lime with hot water, rub dry and cut half of it into slices. Wash the sprigs of mint.
- Add the mint and lime to the mangoes and fill up with cold water. Let it steep in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
- It is best to use a large glass vessel with an outlet at the bottom, from which you can tap by the glass.
