Combine the eggs and all of the other ingredients except the water (the cheese is optional). Then add lukewarm water in sips until the dough has a consistency that is easy to roll out.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll out a maximum of 0.5 cm thick with a rolling pin. Bake the dough in the oven preheated to 170 ° C until it is hard and crispy.
This recipe is a basic recipe and tastes pretty bland without the addition of spices and the cheese. I therefore recommend seasoning the mixture to your own taste and, if the cheese is left out, seasoning it more heavily.
