Mix the flax seeds, eggs and cheese thoroughly with a fork. Season with pepper and salt, also with paprika or curry, if you like.
A baking sheet with parchment paper covers, spread the dough thinly on top. This works very well with a wet fork, so keep dipping the fork in water. Shape thin biscuits.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. When the chips or crackers are crispy they are done.
