Dough: Knead all dough ingredients well and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
Then lay out a greased springform pan (26s) with it & press up an edge of approx. 2cm. Bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
Mix the grated apples, eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and sauce powder and bring to the boil while stirring in a saucepan. Put the filling on the bottom and let cool down well.
When the cake has cooled down well, serve with whipped cream if necessary. Delicious & fresh!
